PayPal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee internal information system projects and ensure alignment with business goals. The role coordinates cross‑functional teams, organizes daily activities, and drives program development from initiation to delivery.

You will evaluate program strengths, manage budgets, and engage stakeholders to discuss status and goals, with a focus on risk, compliance, and optimization across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Expertise in Credit Risk, Fraud, and/or Compliance Decision Modeling

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

San Jose, California: ($109,000.00 - $156,200.00 Annually)

Additional Location(s) | Pay Range:

Chicago, Illinois: ($95,500.00 - $141,900.00 Annually)Austin, Texas: ($95,500.00 - $141,900.00 Annually)Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
