Job summary

Corporate Square is seeking a Quality Management & Compliance professional to lead QM/CQI activities and support senior leadership in implementing system-wide quality improvements. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in quality management; a Master's degree can substitute for two years of experience.

Job description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages, supervises and assists the Senior Director and Assistant Director of Quality Management & Compliance. Implements quality management (QM) and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Conceives, implements, and oversees a structured, system-wide approach for planning, implementing, and evaluating ongoing quality improvement efforts. Performs complex analysis of chart review data, compiles service-specific chart review reports, and serves a lead monitor for required annual review of subrecipients. Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and updating Quality Management Performance Work Plan. Provides technical assistance and guidance to subrecipients to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health/Administration, or a related field with two (2) years relevant experience in quality management and CQI. A Master's degree can substitute for two (2) years' experience.
