Job summary

Reed Technology is seeking a seasoned IT PMO leader to oversee complex programs across multiple teams in the United States. This role requires 10+ years of PMO experience and 2+ years of management, with a strong foundation in governance and budgeting.

You will partner with stakeholders, drive process improvements, ensure on-time, within-budget deliveries, and lead cross-functional staff through the full product development life cycle using Agile and SDLC best practices.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures.
• Manage all phases of the project through the Product Development process.
• Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress.
• Negotiate with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources.
• Maintain compliance with corporate and public regulations.
• Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks.
• Request resource demand and review resource allocation for projects.
• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Ensure all staff is provided with training and resources needed to perform their jobs to the most outstanding degree possible. Ensure all staff is provided frequent feedback and coaching in order to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals consistently.
• Manage and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations.
• Empower the staff to be accountable and responsible for their own actions and decisions.
• All other duties as assigned.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $124,200 - $230,800. If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $112,400 - $208,800. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
