The Alexander Technology Group is looking for an Program Manager of a technology transfer initiative transitioning medical device manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Serve as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transfer, compliance, and continuity of supply
• Own and manage the full lifecycle of the tech transfer program, from planning through validation and commercial readiness
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Engineering, and external CDMO partners
• Act as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the CDMO to ensure alignment on deliverables, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Oversee transfer of manufacturing processes, specifications, documentation (DHF, DMR, SOPs), and equipment as applicable
