Pay Rate: $90 - 95 W2

Client is looking for Project/Program Managers who can manage Transition Services Agreements between Parent and spin-off company within the IT space. These roles will align with the client's pillars (ERP, Infrastructure, Apps, etc.).

These candidates will need proficiency in frameworks like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models. They must have the ability to adapt methodologies to the unique demands of a spinoff, including tight timelines and phased transitions. An understanding of TSAs and how to manage their execution and exit is essential. Candidates should also possess the ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Specific to each domain, candidates should have knowledge in one or several of the following areas: IT Infrastructure, Systems Integration and Migration, Data Management and Governance, Cybersecurity awareness, etc.
