Engineering11 is seeking a Program Manager to own a critical platform initiative end-to-end, from ideation and business planning through development, implementation, training, and production. This role connects clients, strategic partners, the development team, and executive leadership, reporting to the CEO.
It requires 5+ years in program management, ability to translate business needs, and experience with go-live/cutover.
Engineering11 builds and operates technology platforms for our clients and strategic partners, and provides AIDLC tools including an agent suite and workflows, a knowledge corpus builder, and a full stack foundation. We are seeking a Program Manager to close a critical gap in how we deliver: continuous, end-to-end ownership of a platform initiative, from early ideation and business planning through active development, implementation, training, and steady-state production.
This is not a sprint-level role. Our engineering organization already runs disciplined, agile development under a dedicated development Product Manager, who owns sprint execution and day-to-day delivery mechanics. This role serves as the connective tissue between our clients and strategic partners, our development team, and executive leadership — and reports directly to the CEO.
5+ years in program or project management, ideally in a client-facing or strategic-partner-facing technology environment.
Comfort operating across the full lifecycle of a technology platform — from early-stage business planning through live production support.
Enough technical fluency to engage credibly with a development team and translate between technical and business/client conversations.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the judgment to know what belongs in a client update versus an executive one.
Experience owning implementation, training, or go-live/cutover processes.
Comfort working in a small, fast-moving organization where this role is being built from scratch.
Ideation & Business Planning: Partner with leadership to evaluate new opportunities and help shape the business plan and interactive prototype that precede every build.
Client & Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary, continuous point of contact for clients and strategic partners throughout active development — translating their priorities into direction for the development team, and translating development progress into updates they can act on.
Iterative Delivery Cadence: Work alongside the development Product Manager to keep delivery iterative — smaller releases shown often, rather than a single reveal at the end of a long build cycle.
Scope & Strategic Fidelity: Ensure ongoing development stays aligned to the approved business plan and to leadership's intent for the platform; surface scope changes and risks early, and report status directly to the CEO on a regular cadence.
Implementation, Cutover & Training: Own go-live readiness, production cutover planning, and end-user/client training —a phase of the lifecycle that currently has no dedicated owner.
End-to-End Accountability: Act as the single accountable owner of the initiative from the first client conversation through steady-state production, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks at the seams between phases.
