Job summary

SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Program Manager to lead the cyber program, interfacing with government leadership and overseeing contract performance, staffing, planning, risk, quality, finances, and stakeholder communications.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams across cybersecurity, IT operations, governance, risk, compliance, and cloud initiatives, ensuring RMF and NIST alignment while delivering on contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of Program Management experience supporting Federal Government contracts.
• Active PMP certification.
• Experience managing enterprise IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Experience with budget management, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience serving as the primary customer interface on federal contracts.
• Knowledge of NIST RMF, FISMA, cybersecurity frameworks, and federal compliance requirements.
• Must be able to pass a NIH background check and suitability clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities involving RMF, security assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, and governance programs.

• Manage program scope, staffing, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate activities across multiple task areas and functional teams.
• Ensure continuity of operations and uninterrupted service delivery.
• Lead program reviews, status meetings, and executive briefings.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with customer leadership and stakeholders.

SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Program Manager to be responsible for the overall management, execution, and successful delivery of a cyber program. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with Government leadership and oversees contract performance, staffing, program planning, risk management, quality assurance, financial oversight, and stakeholder communications.

This position provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams supporting cybersecurity, IT operations, governance, risk management, compliance, cloud initiatives, and enterprise technology programs.

This is a hybrid position located in Bethesda, MD.

• Minimum of 10 years of Program Management experience supporting Federal Government contracts.
• Active PMP certification.
• Experience managing enterprise IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology programs
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Experience with budget management, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $150K - $180K
