Job summary

HRUCKUS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large, complex security contract in Arlington, VA. The role requires coordinating with government representatives, ensuring on-site operations, and maintaining Key Personnel status throughout the contract.

You will oversee all personnel management, including telework considerations, and ensure continuous contract performance while safeguarding security requirements and DoD standards.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in military physical security, law enforcement, armed-security operations, force protection, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing large, complex security contracts.
  • 3 years of experience managing a contract in direct support of a DoD or military client.
  • Active, final, and adjudicated Top Secret SCI eligibility prior to start date.
  • Ability to hold a Common Access Card (CAC) throughout the duration of the contract.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of armed-security licensing, training, firearms qualification, and workforce management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
  • Experience transitioning a large incumbent federal workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall responsibility for the performance of the contract work and serve as Key Personnel.
  • Remain available during normal duty hours and outside normal duty hours for government consultation regarding urgent or emergency matters.
  • Identify to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) any task or work requirements that may be performed at an alternate worksite.
  • Manage situational telework for Key Personnel while ensuring security guards and post-standing personnel operate strictly on-site.
  • Ensure teleworking is accomplished at no additional cost to the Government and without detrimental impacts on contract performance.
