CACI International is seeking a Program Manager for the HADES contract based in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves leading all aspects of program execution and managing ground systems and hybrid cloud mission environments.

The Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) contract provides prototype and operational satellite ground systems, satellite operations centers (SOCs), and support services. The contract performs satellite ground system and satellite operations center engineering, development, integration, and sustainment, and associated support services primarily at, but not limited to, the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Support Complex (RSC) at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Program Manager for the HADES contract will lead all aspects of program execution supporting Ground Control, Ground Support, Jaguar, and hybrid-cloud mission environments. This role provides full lifecycle leadership spanning contract transition, engineering sustainment, cybersecurity integration, mission operations support, and IDIQ task order performance. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring responsiveness, schedule adherence, technical quality, and coordinated cross functional performance in support of Space Systems Command mission objectives. The position requires proactive engagement with government partners, mission stakeholders, external contractors, and internal teams to ensure consistent, high quality delivery. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact to the Government for all contract matters and overall HADES program direction.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$108,900 - $239,500
