Job summary

BAMSI in Massachusetts is seeking a Program Manager to supervise staff at a residential home, providing clinical and administrative guidance to elevate care standards. The role supports DDS compliance and program quality while fostering a culture of growth.

You will mentor your team through staffing challenges and crisis intervention, ensuring compassionate, individualized support and alignment with BAMSI’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to inclusion and helping individuals participate in community life.
• Excellent communication, basic computer skills, and teamwork.
• English fluency required; multilingual a bonus.

Pay Range: $58,700 Annually

Schedule: (40 hours) Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:00p

FLSA: Exempt

What You’ll Do:

As a Program Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

What You Bring:

• Required: High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred but not required)
• Essential: Valid driver's license (Held for 3 years if under age 21) and reliable transportation
• Understanding: Believe in and practice inclusion - you'll help individuals fully participate in community life.
• Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
• Bonus: Must be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonus
