Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing, production planning, or program coordination preferred.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

  • Ability to interpret technical information.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on coordination of day-to-day program activities to ensure on-time delivery, cost targets, and quality standards.
  • Support development and maintenance of program schedules, manufacturing plans, and production milestones.
  • Monitor production progress and identify risks, delays, or resource gaps, escalating issues as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
  • Track program performance using KPIs such as cost, schedule adherence, production throughput, and part acceptance rates.
  • Assist in customer communication, providing updates, resolving issues, and supporting contract deliverables.
  • Support change management activities including engineering change notices, process updates, and documentation control.
  • Help coordinate procurement and material readiness to ensure manufacturing continuity.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and program summaries for leadership review.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to program execution, manufacturing efficiency, and workflow optimization.
