Black & Veatch is seeking a Program Management Portfolio Leader in Greenwood Village, CO. You will lead the water solutions program management practice globally with emphasis on North America, expanding client relationships and pursuing new business.

This senior role requires 15+ years in program management, active engineering licensure, and certifications such as DBIA or PMP. You will mentor teams, drive strategy, and ensure delivery across dams, tunnels, treatment facilities, and conveyance

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a senior project and/or program management role.
• Active engineering registration or licensure.
• Professional certifications such as DBIA or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and promote the Program Management offering to clients and partners.
• Lead and support proposals and project execution as needed.
• Develop pursuit strategies and capture plans with Client Directors.
• Mentor staff and coordinate resource assignments across programs.
• Coordinate with Regions and Client Directors to achieve financial goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes for program management.
