Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Communications or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 5 years senior level project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Experience with CDC or similar government environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on RFC development based on guidelines.
• Advise on acquisitions including contracts, IAAs, IPAs, and Cooperative Agreements.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for program management requirements.
• Guide document entry in tracking systems and support reporting.
• Support leadership and contract officers in developing grant and contract documents.
• Compile data and prepare program management status reports.
