The position helps strengthen intermediary infrastructure, cross-sector collaboration, organizational capacity, workforce development alignment, and community partnership systems designed to support sustainable regional impact, broader statewide collaboration, and long-term systems coordination.This role supports strategic planning, partnership development, implementation coordination, operational infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement activities associated with multi-system rural initiatives and collaborative programs.**Responsibilities:*** Participates in strategic planning and goal setting activities. Leads the day-to-day planning, coordination, implementation, and management of statewide planning activities associated with grant, institutional, and state priorities.* Coordinates project work plans, planning timelines, deliverables, meetings, and operational activities that support development of the statewide rural intermediary model and future operating grant.* Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with Texas A&M System institutions, community partners, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, and other stakeholders.* Coordinates partner engagement activities, facilitates communication across the consortium, and supports development of collaborative strategies that strengthen rural systems, organizational capacity, and statewide implementation.* Supports development of organizational infrastructure, governance, and operational systems necessary for implementation of a statewide intermediary program.* Assists with development of policies, procedures, service models, member and volunteer support systems, compliance processes, operational frameworks, and continuous improvement strategies.* Assists in establishing program standards and objectives and conducts program assessments.* Coordinates research, data collection, evaluation, reporting, and performance measurement activities.* Assists with program design, logic model development, performance monitoring, continuous quality improvement, grant development, and preparation of reports and recommendations that inform decision-making and program effectiveness.* Manages program databases and files.* Compiles and analyzes program statistics and reports.* Coordinates and manages communications, meetings, trainings, technical assistance, outreach activities, and development of informational resources that strengthen partner engagement, knowledge sharing, workforce development, and organizational capacity.* Provides administrative and fiscal coordination including budget monitoring, purchasing, travel coordination, documentation, records management, and other duties as assigned in support of efficient program operations.* Initiates and approves program requisitions and periodic expense reports and oversees program budgets and accounting matters.* Identify funding and expansion opportunities.* May supervise and manage program staff.* Maintains 100% compliance with timely completion of required System, University and job-specific online training courses.* This document represents the major duties, responsibilities, and authorities of this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions.
