Boys- seeks a program staff member to support and direct activities for youth (6-18) in Education, Social Recreation, Arts & Crafts, and Physical Education. You will foster a SAFE, engaging environment and promote participation while ensuring health and safety.
Responsibilities include mentoring, supervising activities, maintaining facilities, and coordinating with staff. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license are required, with a passion for youth development in a DC setting.

Provides support and direction for activities provided within a specifically-focused program area, such as Education, Social Recreation, Arts & Crafts, and Physical Education.
Internal: Maintains valued, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/ instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel.
External: Maintains contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents and others to assist in resolving problems.
