Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in project management or a directly related field, including minimum two years in program management OR 8+ years in project management with at least two years in program management.
• Experience leading medium-to-large programs with multiple workstreams and strategic goals.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning and collaboration across cross-functional/external stakeholders and customers.
• Manages program plans, monitors risks, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversees vendor performance, SLAs, and contract aspects; coordinates resources for program success.
• Leads program team members, aligns stakeholders, and communicates decisions to sponsors.
