The Manager will mentor officers and interns, drive annual goals, monitor funder compliance, and coordinate with WWF's Markets and Food team to advance national food waste reduction efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of program management and community engagement experience.
• Direct experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff is essential.
• Advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food Waste Warrior program across school districts and partners; oversee implementation and partnerships.
• Coach and develop program staff; set priorities, goals, and work plans; foster inclusive culture.
• Oversee program impact, risk assessment, and data related to national scope in the US.
• Provide oversight for projects, financials, and donor-funded partnership management.
• Maintain cross-team and partner relationships; coordinate with government agencies on policy.
• Lead fundraising strategy and donor relations; approve proposals and budgets.
