BCT LLC seeks a Program Integrator III in Laurel/Annapolis Junction with an active TS/SCI w/ Poly. You will support program managers and leadership by monitoring health, analyzing cross-program data, and drafting key documents to drive execution across portfolios.

The role emphasizes cross-functional reporting, risk assessment, and producing execution reports for senior leadership. Strong Excel skills and DoD/IC program experience are essential, with a competitive salary range and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management or financial management.
• A bachelor’s degree with a business or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level III plus three years related experience may substitute for fifteen total years.
• In lieu of certification, two extra years of related experience may substitute for eighteen total years.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel including pivots, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic cross-program analysis to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns.
• Draft acquisition and program documents (TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, Risk Plans, schedules, CICA memorandums, strategies).

About The Job

This Program Integrator III will assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership in monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or portfolios. Perform a holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and producing execution reports. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to report analysis findings and program/portfolio status.

Requirements

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management is required.
• A bachelor's degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Salary Range: $165,000-190,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
