Join a high‑impact team supporting SMX and PEO Aviation strategic partners within PM Cargo International. As the Program Integrator for FMS Engineering (UAE), you will lead cross‑functional coordination, drive systems integration, and ensure seamless execution of complex aviation programs under the Product Manager’s portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping joint service collaboration and delivering mission‑critical capabilities to international allies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead development of FMS country requirements and facilitate planning to maximize joint service involvement
- Direct and synchronize efforts across Government matrix support organizations and contractor teams
- Integrate PMO functional areas including systems engineering, supportability, risk management, and productibility
- Provide strategic input and draft acquisition plans, logistics strategies, risk assessments, and historical reports for senior Army staff review
- Conduct trade‑off analyses and system integration studies to optimize program performance.
- Manage CONUS and OCONUS port operations for FMS deliveries and sustainment
- Respond to RFIs related to platform maintenance, operations, and support equipment for UAE FMS partners
Required Skills & Experience
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years of experience in defense acquisition, logistics, or systems integration
- Proven success in coordinating multi‑agency efforts and managing international programs
- Understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
