Jobbeschreibung

Leidos' Undersea Systems Division (USD) is looking for a Program Integrator to help lead the development of next-generation Navy systems — including underwater vehicles, maritime sensors, and advanced data acquisition and telemetry systems for distributed sensor platforms. You'll partner with a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers on programs that push the state of the art in maritime signal processing and autonomous systems. The selected candidate will help drive program execution by coordinating schedules, risks, action items, deliverables, staffing needs, technical reviews, and cross-functional dependencies. The Program Integrator will serve as a key interface between teams, functional organizations, subcontractors, and program leadership to maintain alignment on cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer commitments. This position requires a proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities, resolving complex issues, and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily program execution activities across multiple teams and functional organizations.
  • Support development, maintenance, and execution of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), program plans, and execution metrics.
  • Facilitate cross-functional integration between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, security, and subcontractor teams.
  • Track program action items, risks, opportunities, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure timely closure and escalation when required.
  • Support preparation and execution of program reviews, technical reviews, customer briefings, gate reviews, and leadership status meetings.
  • Assist with program reporting activities including schedule performance, staffing, earned value inputs, milestone tracking, and execution health metrics.
  • Interface with subcontractors and external partners to support execution tracking, deliverable coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Support risk management activities including identification, mitigation planning, and tracking of programmatic and technical risks.
  • Drive accountability and follow-through across the program team to support successful execution within cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Support alignment and execution of project to the Quality Management Plan and ensure adherence to the Quality Management System Basic.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting large, complex programs in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Experience in creating and executing quality management plans.
  • Experience in process improvement implementations for the quality management system.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple functional disciplines including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and program management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Must be a US citizen, possess or able to obtain and maintain an active DoD security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk management processes.
  • Experience supporting gate reviews, technical baseline management, or production/program integration activities.
  • Understanding hardware development, manufacturing integration, and system test execution.
  • Understanding of the engineering life cycle.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar program execution tools.
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management training is a plus.
Desired Skills
  • Program execution and integration.
  • Cross-functional team coordination.
  • Schedule and milestone tracking.
  • Risk and opportunity management.
  • Executive-level communication.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Attention to detail and organizational discipline.
