Participants will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and engaging learning environment while gaining valuable experience in social emotional learning, diversity, and community building. Compensation starts at $700 per week, with room and board provided at the camp.
We are looking for dynamic, creative, and passionate individuals interested in gaining training and experience in social emotional learning (SEL), experiential education, classroom management, and creating inclusive communities. Program Instructors will participate in a curriculum-heavy staff training week followed by six weeks of teaching 4th and 5th graders at Mosaic’s Outdoor Project. This is a full-time residential position based at a camp in Felton, CA during the fall (September-October) and spring (April-May).
Compensation begins at $700/week, plus room and board at the camp during the week. Weekend housing is also available if needed. Additional pay is offered to guitarists who learn to lead campfires.
