Responsibilities

• Establish dynamic vision for the Communication program at GNU.
• Recruit and develop high-quality program faculty for the Communication program.
• Attend regularly scheduled faculty and program head meetings.
• Spearhead program promotion with prospective students and other parties.
• Coordinate with faculty and Registrar to schedule course offerings and teaching assignments.
• Develop pedagogically innovative curriculum with program outcomes and assessment plans.
• Teach 12–15 credits in the first year and 18–24 credits per academic year thereafter.
