Life Cycle Engineering in Philadelphia, PA seeks a motivated Management Assistant to support NSWCPD programs. You'll work with the program manager and technical leads to ensure non-technical deliverables are completed on time weekly and monthly.

You will handle budgeting, funds acceptance, expenditure tracking, and reporting to keep funded programs on time, on budget, and profitable per contract specs. DoD security clearance required; US citizenship required.

Competenze

• US citizen with current DoD security clearance or able to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of program support experience with financial understanding.
• Intermediate Excel (financial and logical formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal, written, and grammatical communication; able to learn from engineering staff.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain program financial databases.
• Create and improve task/financial tracking tools in Excel for the Program Manager.
• Monitor financial progress and adjust while communicating with stakeholders.
• Report on financials and forecast funding in line with contracts.
• Prepare and schedule presentations and reports; support meetings.
• Provide budgeting support and develop earned value analysis and metrics.
• Use dashboards and data manipulation in Excel to support analysis.
• Track expenditures (labor, overtime, travel) and identify spending trends.
