Job summary

CACI is seeking a Program Financial Analyst III-Cleared in Aurora, CO to support funding, forecasting, and programic financial reporting across multiple missions. You will deliver CDRLs, CFSR, and FMR, while coordinating with Contracts, Subcontracts, and Staffing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with EVM and LOE concepts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Ability to communicate across functions and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Experience preparing government-facing financial reporting and CDRL deliverables.
• Intermediate EVM understanding including variance drivers.
• Experience with CPAF LOE labor planning and performance measurement.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and deliver program financial CDRLs, including monthly CFSR and FMR.
• Perform weekly Funds Run-Out Date tracking and reporting; coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate funding risk.
• Support program's financial content with narratives, key metrics, and variance explanations.
• Conduct biweekly labor utilization analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Track subcontractor hours weekly and reconcile reporting to internal systems.
• Support LOE forecasting and monthly EAC/forecast updates.
• Build and maintain repeatable reporting tools (Excel trackers, dashboards).
• Coordinate across Program Management, Contracts, Subcontracts, and Staffing to collect inputs.
• Program directed ad-hoc analysis.
