Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full-time Program Financial Analyst I for its Bridgeton, MO facility with in-person or hybrid options. The role analyzes the company’s financial position, supports baseline planning, EAC, variance analysis, and revenue forecasting for programs managed by the site team.

Responsibilities include cost collection, government contracting interfaces, cross-functional collaboration, and providing financial reports to site management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting required.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS & SOX developing.
• Ability to perform financial analysis and interpret results.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Oracle and cost-estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and assist with bookings, revenue and cash flow data.
• Track and analyze job costs on various contract types and support EAC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal/external customers
• Support government audits and compliance activities
• Assist in risk assessment, pricing review and negotiation
• Prepare basis of estimate, budget reporting and EVMS related tasks
• Support program reviews, ROI analysis and financial reporting
