Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of prior finance experience required.
• Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior finance experience preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 8 years of prior finance experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased integrated budgets and schedules.
• Conduct cost control and variance analysis.
• Generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports.
• Communicate changes to practices and processes.
