Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Program Facilitator to deliver group-based activities for inmates/residents in a secure setting. You will plan, facilitate, and evaluate programs, using standard curriculum and materials to support learning and personal growth.

The role involves coordinating admissions and evaluations, maintaining confidentiality, and tracking program progress to ensure successful completion. A high school diploma or GED, plus 60 college credits, and a valid driver's license are required,

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 60 credit hours of college coursework required.
• Experience facilitating and delivering programs related to work assignment may substitute education.
• Experience with custody and control of inmates/residents preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct or facilitate workshops and group activities using curriculum and visual aids.
• Create a learning environment and encourage participation and behavior standards.
• Coordinate admissions, evaluations and program termination information with staff.
• Evaluate progress and ensure programs are completed.
