Program Facilitators work in a dynamic and collaborative environment that includes both indoor and outdoor settings such as schools, community spaces, and outdoor recreation sites, with some local travel and occasional evening or weekend hours depending on program needs. The role requires regular interaction with youth, families, and community partners in active, group-based programming. Physical demands include standing, walking, and participating in outdoor activities for extended periods, as well as occasionally lifting or carrying program materials (generally up to 25 pounds). The position also involves significant mental and emotional engagement, including managing multiple responsibilities, adapting to changing program needs, maintaining professionalism in fast-paced youth environments, and responding appropriately to diverse participant needs while working collaboratively as part of a team.
