Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Execution & Operations Manager 3 in Roy, UT to lead the Test/Production Operations (TPO) BU. The role requires DoD Secret clearance, cross-functional leadership, and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with required experience and DoD secret clearance.
• 5 years of experience leading a project or driving performance against schedule.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with process improvement and cadence of the team’s execution.
• Experience in proposal capture and execution related to Technology Maturation Risk Reduction.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Provides horizontal integration across cross-functional stakeholders and restructures teams.
• Manages budget/forecast across multiple teams and funding sources.
• Drives accountability and strategic direction across a network of stakeholders.
• Prepares charts, briefings and metrics for the Restructure Director.
• Coordinates SharePoint database system changes with admins and developers.
