Job summary

Credence is seeking a Program Execution Group Manager to support AFLCMC OZJ in Washington, DC, providing essential acquisition support for F-35-related programs. The role requires handling executive coordination, briefing preparation, and cross-divisional communications within a high-security DoD environment.

Ideal candidates will bring a secret clearance and extensive DoD-aligned program management experience, including leadership of multi-functional teams and strong organizational analytics

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an active Secret security clearance.
  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline, at least 5 of which must be in the DoD.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five of which must be in the DoD.
  • A minimum of 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labour category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling executive calendars and meetings with division chiefs, outside agencies, and contractor personnel.
  • Support staff leadership by maintaining calendars and facilitating office operations.
  • Coordinate briefings, papers, and inputs about the systems for continuity and standardization across reports.
  • Consolidate information to generate charts and facilitate staff meetings for senior program management.
  • Act as Travel Review Official by reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers in the DoD DTS.

Credence has an immediate need for a Program Execution Group Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) OZJ in Washington D.C.

The AFLCMC Commander Directed Projects Office (AFLCMC/OZJ) executes AFLCMC/CC-directed projects to provide rapid, informed responses supporting decision making and requirements implementation. AFLCMC/OZJ consists of one or more multi‑functional teams staffed to complete a specific task, project, or program. AFLCMC/OZJ is currently providing acquisition support to the F‑35 and Air Force-Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office (AF-PLM CSO) programs, including the F‑35A Fleet Management Office (FMO).

The FMO provides and manages AFLCMC/USAF Principal support, conducts the Product Improvement Working Group (PIWG), the F‑35A Readiness of Combat Capabilities Review (RoCCR), collects and validates F‑35A fleet performance data and metrics, coordinates USAF F‑35A POM inputs and funding priorities and executing USAF cost traceability, validation, and predictive cost modeling.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Assist in planning, organizing, assisting in the full spectrum of actions required to conduct day‑to‑day business, to include, but not limited to: planning executive calendars and scheduling meetings working with division chiefs, outside agencies, and contractor personnel concerning preparation of technical material, management presentations and other material in support of meetings, minutes, agendas, and compilation of briefings; assisting in the development of executive documentation; assisting in the development of milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination and decision documentation preparation.
  • Support staff leadership and other office personnel by maintaining MS Outlook calendars and schedules of leadership personnel within the IO to maintain accuracy and facilitate office operations.
  • Assist with the coordination of briefings, papers, and inputs about the systems to ensure continuity and standardization across reports over time.
  • Assist with consolidating information for, generating charts, and facilitating staff meetings for senior program management. Charts include data from various tracking systems (travel, accountability, calendars, top issues, suspenses, personnel actions, etc.).
  • Assist in the use of computer applications (Microsoft office software suite) to produce databases, spreadsheets, graphics and other specialized products and facilitate the use of standardized automated forms such as organizational charts. The Contractor shall answer telephone calls and convey messages for organization staffs.
  • Support the management and tracking of internal and external suspense task requirements and other suspenses utilizing appropriate suspense tracking tools.
  • Assist the office (and its members) with training and preparation of staff summary sheets and packages.
  • Assist with consolidating package information that needs to be staffed to SAF/AQ and senior staff organizations throughout the DAF and DoD, including VCSAF, CSAF and SECAF, in support of the program and leadership. Must able to effectively communicate with all outside agencies.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings to include video teleconferencing and room set‑up (ensuring sufficient seating, name placards, etc.).
  • Provide support for internal and external briefings and reports by providing expert knowledge and capability in the use of personal computers and operating systems to produce slides, briefing charts and other graphics using appropriate software applications and SharePoint.
  • Assist in improving internal management processes by proposing and/or implementing improvements to visual, computer‑based communications used by the IO to manage its critical processes.
  • Assist with consolidating information from the functional areas and Division Chiefs to draft reports and briefs as required. The briefs can be used for internal or external decisions as well as brainstorming sessions. The reports can be status reports for internal or external reporting as necessary.
  • Act as a Travel Review Official (RO) by reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers in the DoD Defense Travel System (DTS) for completeness before approval by the Approving Official.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with ensuring adequate levels of consumable items needed for presentation/graphics.
  • Assist with coordinating all divisions’ top issues, activity reports and briefings for IO staff meetings.
  • Minimum of an active Secret security clearance
  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, at least five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD
