Job summary

Theoris is seeking a Program Engineer to act as the technical liaison among customers, Sales, and Engineering, helping drive new product development and aftermarket aviation programs.

This role coordinates technical information, manages program milestones, and supports product qualification and certification efforts, requiring strong communication and project management skills in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years of aviation or related engineering industry experience.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Understanding of electrical and electromechanical products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical interface between customers, Sales, and Engineering teams.
  • Support new product development and existing product qualification and certification programs.
  • Collect, organize, create, and communicate technical documentation to meet customer requirements and project deliverables.
  • Manage program milestones, schedules, and technical deliverables to ensure project success.
  • Review proposal requirements and support new business opportunities by determining technical compliance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Project Managers and cross-functional teams to monitor project status and communicate progress to customers.
  • Provide technical expertise on product functionality, capabilities, features, and qualification status.
  • Protect company intellectual property by ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration from proposal development through project completion.

Job description

Theoris is seeking a Program Engineer to serve as the technical liaison between customers, Sales, and Engineering while supporting new product development and aftermarket aviation programs.   • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
