Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for NPUASTS programs and align with executive priorities.
• Develop and implement program strategies and performance frameworks.
• Offer input on program performance and cross-divisional alignment.
• Oversee budgets, funding proposals, and contracts; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Safety, Operations, and policy teams for enterprise goals.
• Lead division-level staff meetings and foster a high-trust team environment.
