Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in related field; 10+ years preferred for degree-granting institutions
- Strong operational leadership and coaching abilities
- Experience in technical training, workforce development, or skilled trades education
- Comfort using technology platforms and CRM systems to track performance and engagement
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of student and faculty satisfaction and compliance with academic policies
- Recruit, train, retain, and develop outstanding instructors
- Lead faculty recruitment, training, and management within budget
- Monitor instructor performance metrics and development and conduct observations and reviews
- Analyze retention data and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
- Coordinate with Admissions and Education leadership on program improvements
