Job summary

The Little Gym International is seeking enthusiastic leaders to teach high-energy, development-focused classes for children aged 4 months through 12 years at our Seekonk, MA location. You will deliver our proven curriculum, ensure safety, and foster a fun, welcoming atmosphere for families.

As part of a growing team, you’ll drive membership growth, support local marketing, and train instructors while contributing to smooth daily operations and a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine love for working with children and families.
• Experience teaching, coaching, or leading youth programs (gymnastics, dance, sports, early childhood education, or similar). Prior experience in a children’s activity center, fitness facility, or customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage schedules, programs, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Teach high-energy, confidence-building classes using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead the full breadth of Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School programs, ensuring curriculum quality and safety.
• Provide outstanding customer service by building relationships with families and creating a welcoming environment.
• Drive membership growth by engaging families and promoting programs, enrollment and retention.
• Support local marketing and community outreach through social media, events, partnerships and in-gym promotions.
• Train and support instructors by overseeing training, coaching, and evaluation for consistency.
• Contribute to daily operations with scheduling, opening/closing duties, inventory, and related tasks.
