The Little Gym is seeking energetic instructors to teach classes based on our proven curriculum for children aged 4 months to 12 years. You will provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming membership experience, treating families like part of the team.

You’ll help oversee programs and coach fellow staff to maintain The Little Gym’s high standards. Ideal candidates enjoy working with kids, are upbeat, and can balance fun with focus when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide high-energy, engaging instruction.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with families.
