Northeast Family Services in New York is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our Home and Community Based Therapy team, providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and oversight to clinicians delivering structured, strength-based interventions for youth and families. The role emphasizes compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practices, with a strong focus on growth and quality.

A Master's in Social Work and NY LCSW licensure (or eligibility) with 5+ years working

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• 2+ years of supervising clinicians who work with children, youth and families.
• 5+ years of experience working with children, youth and families.
• Independent NY State LCSW licensure preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Northeast Family Services is a premier and rapidly expanding mental health provider with over 20 years of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. As we continue to grow in New York, we’re seeking an experienced, LCSW licensed, Program Director to help lead our Home and Community Based Therapy team — providing clinical excellence, mentorship, and support to our clinicians as they help families thrive.

The Program Director will provide clinical supervision to a team of Home and Community Based Therapists who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a families' strengths! The Program Directors work to ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Independent NY State License LCSW preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families - preferably in a community-based setting
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families
• Previous Outpatient Clinical experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual ability is a plus!
