Job summary

Alsana is a national leader in eating disorder treatment. A Program Director is needed to oversee the operations of a treatment program, supervise direct care staff, manage scheduling, and maintain a safe milieu aligned with licensure requirements.

Under the Director of Clinical Services, you will manage clinical issues, coordinate transitions, orient new clients, and ensure timely communication of treatment plan updates. This role demands strong leadership and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in a health-related field; license preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health.
• 2+ years working with eating disorder clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational aspects of the assigned program.
• Partners with Director of Clinical Services on clinical issues and corrective actions.
• Maintains liaison between treatment team, clients, and direct care staff.
• Facilitates groups as licensure and scheduling allow.
• Orients new clients to Alsana policies and welcomes them into the milieu.
• Executes discharge/transitions and coordinates for smooth transitions.
• Ensures new admissions are integrated within 24 hours.
• Communicates treatment plan updates to UR with leadership.
