Job summary

UCLA Bruin Resource Center seeks a Program Director to lead the Bruin Guardian Scholars program. The role provides clinical case management, facilitates referrals, and supervises interns, while guiding program growth and outcomes.

The PD will oversee budgets, collaborate with donors and campus partners, and help set strategic goals for student wellbeing, academic success, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising MSW interns or staff (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate staff and volunteers.
• Knowledge of FERPA/HIPAA and student records regulations (preferred).
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating programs for foster/homeless youth (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical case management and crisis therapy to students.
• Coordinate referrals to on- and off-campus partners.
• Supervise undergraduate and graduate interns involved with BGS and related initiatives.
• Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, donor relations, and program planning.
• Develop organizational goals, strategic plans, and assessment measures.
