Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Licensed Counselor to supervise clinical staff and oversee treatment programs in outpatient MAT clinics. The role requires a four-year degree in counseling or related field and at least three years of supervisory experience, with a preference for a Master’s degree and SC licensure.

Position includes early hours (4:45 AM start) and a comprehensive benefits package. A strong commitment to evidence-based treatment and patient recovery is essential.

• Licensed Counselor in South Carolina is preferred.
• If recovering, three years of continuous abstinence is required.
• Early morning hours, 4:45 AM start, with 4:45 AM–12:45 PM schedule.
