Qualifications
  • Ph.D. or Ed.D.
  • At least 10 years experience in Higher Education
  • At least 5 years specifically responsible for Corporate Training
Job Specific Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years experience in Higher Education
  • Minimum of a Masters degree
  • At least 5 years administrative experience
  • Experience managing and completing projects
  • Qualified candidate will be experienced in and capable of coordinating between corporate partners and the College of Engineering and Computer Science & the School of Management to create, establish, and deliver programs that are mutually beneficial; as well as grow the online graduate student population.

Job Duties
  • 35% Time: Initiate relationships and opportunities for Corporate Training with various businesses and organizations in cooperation with the Dean of Graduate Studies and Research. Coordinate with appropriate individuals within the University to ensure successful completion and launch of all projects.
  • 15% Time: Responsible for all academic proposal development for the purposes of approval through the Academic approval process. Coordinate with appropriate individuals within the University to ensure successful completion and launch of all projects.
  • 35% Time: Support Kettering University’s graduate programs with special projects including goals and initiatives by providing implementation support. Comply with timelines to ensure established guidelines. Coordinate with appropriate individuals within the University to ensure successful completion and launch of all projects.
  • 15% Time: Support the advising of graduate students to facilitate high levels of customer service. Make recommendations to streamline processes to create Leaner operations. Conduct research on strategic initiatives. Identify necessary resources of special projects. Coordinate with appropriate individuals within the University to ensure successful completion and launch of all projects.
