Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
• Strong customer service mindset and energy for working with kids.

• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to meet high standards.
• Oversee training and evaluation of team members.
