Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or DMin in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for the Doctor of Ministry program.
• Recruit new DMin students and promote the program.
• Oversee program operations, including internships and supervisory assignments.
• Serve as a point of contact for prospective students.
• Mentor and advise current doctoral students.
• Build partnerships with churches and adjunct faculty; pursue accreditation maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Chair of Theology and the Dean’s office on budget and resources.
• Teach a 4-4 load with a 2-2 course reduction for administrative duties.
