The Director oversees all aspects of program administration, including curriculum development, applying for accreditation and maintaining compliance, and budget management. This role ensures the program’s alignment with the mission of UWSP and the standards of the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language-Pathology (CAA), fostering an inclusive learning environment that prepares graduates for evidence-based, person-centered practice. The Program Director represents the program within the university and professional community and promotes innovation in teaching, scholarship, and clinical partnerships.\*\*Full position description is available upon request. \*\*## **Key Job Responsibilities:**## **Department:**The Board of Regents authorized UW-Stevens Point to implement an independent Au.D. in Audiology graduate program. The audiology program is part of the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) in the School of Health Sciences and Wellness (SHSW). The SHSW offers 7 undergraduate majors, 7 graduate degree programs, and several certificate programs.
