Job summary

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, reporting, and collaboration with families and local agencies, traveling within the state as needed. A Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or two years of supervisory experience in complex programs.
• Experience with state developmental disability programs preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible hours and willingness to travel within the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and support to exceed customer expectations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure compliance with DES/DDD licensing and policies.
• Foster a learning organization and enhance knowledge and skills.
• Maintain records and documentation for planning and state agencies.
• Schedule and conduct regular staff meetings and payroll summaries.
• Demonstrate competency in financial and budgetary issues.
