Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Program Manager to lead a clinical and administrative team, oversee staffing, budgeting, licensing and quality initiatives to ensure safe, effective services.

You will supervise daily operations, ensure policy adherence, and build strong relationships with funding and regulatory agencies while coordinating with the corporate office. Applicants should have an advanced degree with supervisory experience and demonstrate strong leadership,

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Medicine, psychology, social work, or counseling
  • Specialized training in a relevant area: women and children, HIV/AIDS, mental health, criminal justice, adolescents, etc.
  • Experience: Master's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, including one-year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including one-year supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full complement of qualified staff is trained and adhere to the agency's policy and procedure manual.
  • Maintain accurate census, manage the program budget and ensure adherence during the fiscal year.
  • Oversee daily program operations and ensure safety and proper functioning of physical plant, clinical and administrative programming.
  • Maintain full licensing, accreditation, credentialing, and certifications, as appropriate.
  • Identify, suggest, and implement innovative work systems and processes to promote productivity and smooth program operations.
  • Identify, suggest, and implement policy and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with funding, referral, and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and maintain supportive relationships with the public and community organizations by engaging in public relations activities in coordinator with the agency's corporate office.
  • Ensure that the building maintenance and overall functioning of the program, e.g., proper health and safety practices is achieved and sustained.
  • Ensure that the clinical team implements and maintains an appropriate treatment schedule.
  • Monitor program metrics and support activities related to agency's continuous quality improvement plan and strategic plan and implement program adjustments, as needed.
  • Facilitate staff meetings, consultations, and special therapeutic activities, as required.
  • Participate in and provide leadership in treatment/multidisciplinary team meetings.

Education

Qualifications
