Job summary

NexGen Elevation Hub seeks a Program Director & Community Outreach to oversee program development and actively grow connections with local schools, businesses, nonprofits, and city officials. You will ensure NexGen’s programs meet community needs, drive engagement, and create lasting partnerships.

You will develop core programming strategies, establish relationships with stakeholders, and lead outreach initiatives to expand NexGen’s reach and visibility while supporting sponsorships and funding
