The Southeastern Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (SCADD) seeks a Program Director to lead its New London and Norwich, CT programs.

This senior role drives clinical quality, staff development, and operational performance under the COO, shaping program direction for better client outcomes. Qualificações

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Independent licensure in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy required; additional licensure in substance abuse preferred.
• Experience supervising licensed clinicians, clinical managers, service coordinators, or support staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Commitment to trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practice, and DEI values.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire codes and the welfare of clients, staff, and visitors.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and timely treatment outcomes.
• Educate clients individually and in groups on relevant subjects including MAT and overdose prevention.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and ensure timely submission.
• Interview clients, review records, and consult with professionals to assess needs.
• Develop quality initiatives and track implementation with data-driven processes.
• Review budgets and monitor utilization review to maximize reimbursement.
• Suggest new initiatives to meet evolving community needs.
• Participate in internal/external meetings and act as back-up for direct care services.
• Assist in orientation of new employees and knowledge transfer.
