You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence across admissions, medication services, and patient flow.

The role emphasizes leadership, program performance monitoring, budgeting, staff development, and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience.
• Professional certifications or licensure related to the role.
• Experience managing substance use disorder treatment programs.
• Leadership experience overseeing operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.
• Experience serving economically and culturally diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Care and Leadership: Guide day-to-day operations of the treatment center, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care from admission through ongoing treatment.
• Oversee key clinical and operational functions, including admission, medication services, patient processing, chart preparation, and coordination with community partners.
• Foster a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Address patient concerns, complaints, and grievances with professionalism and empathy.
• Respond to urgent occupational issues, including after-hours situations as needed.
