Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our customer’s mission located in Reston, VA. The role leads multi-agency cybersecurity monitoring operations and a team of managers to deliver on complex IC/DoD engagements.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, strategic insight, and strong program management with experience briefing senior government leadership and managing contract financial reporting. This is a 100% on-site position based in Reston, VA.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret SCI, CI Polygraph.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Certifications: PMP certification.
• Location: 100% on-site in Reston, VA.
• Experience: 10-12 years in management or project management for IC/DoD.
• Experience briefing senior Government leadership.
• Experience as a manager supervisor including recruiting and performance reviews.
• Experience with Government contract financial reporting.
• Experience with concurrent project delivery, performance, and reporting.
• Willingness to be proposal key bid Program Manager for IC accounts.
• Experience overseeing timesheet review and guidance.
• Experience managing program performance standards.
• Experience with technical project planning, estimating, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct engagement and support to multiple government clients.
• Oversee a team of managers in executing duties for 24x7x365 cybersecurity monitoring and analysis operations.
• Support technical leads, recruiting, staff retention, and contract reporting.
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule and inform leadership for risk-informed decisions.

Description of Task to be Performed:

AnaVation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our customer's mission located in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities:

The AnaVation leadership role of Senior Program Manager is responsible for providing direct engagement and support tomultiple government clients along with direct oversight of a team of managers in the execution of duties with managingthe personnel, processes, and day-to-day activities directly supporting multi-agency 24x7x365 cybersecurity eventmonitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis operations. Other responsibilities supporting technical team leads,recruiting, staff retention, monthly contract and financial status reports, and deliverable document schedule and quality.

Brings proven thought leadership, expertise, and specialized skills with the aim of creating value, enhancing capabilities or understanding trends across the Federal Government and industry. Identifies options with recommendations and/or the implementation of solutions, manage risk, schedule, and backlog assessment boards to support the generation of an Integrated Master Schedule and inform leadership in making risk-informed recommendations.

Be prepared to support customer briefings and meetings as required from daily operational briefings to higher levelstrategic presentations. Provides focused domain expertise in the integrated defense of IC Information Environment.Provides strategic and technical insights, innovation concepts, and whitepapers to expand capabilities and support. Serves as senior-level consultant, advisor, and support specialist when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 10-12 years experience in management, project management, or customer-facing leadership roles in support of one or more Intelligence Community or Department of Defense agencies.
  • Experience briefing to senior Government Leadership.
  • Experience as a manager supervisor, including recruiting, performance reviews, retention, and career path/promotions.
  • Experience with Government contract financial reporting (customer and contractor internal).
  • Experience for concurrent project delivery, performance, and reporting.
  • Willingness to be proposal key bid Program Manager for future IC Account programs.
  • Experience overseeing timesheet review, approval, and guidance.
  • Experience managing individual and program performance standards.
  • Experience with technical project planning, estimating, and scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Desired Education: Master's Degree with 10 years of experience
• Desired Certifications: Active DoD 8570 IAT
• Desired Experience:
  • Experience supporting IC, DoD, or similar Cyber Missions.
  • Understanding of organization and brings established relationships/reputation with DIA and ODNI.
  • Experience with Government contract deliverables and CPARS.
