Job summary

TAG MedStaffing seeks a Senior Program Director to lead 24/7 street outreach and housing placement initiatives in Queens. You will supervise program staff, shape deployment strategies, and ensure KPI targets and contract deliverables are met.

You will collaborate with DHS, hospitals, and housing partners while upholding Housing First, Harm Reduction, and crisis intervention practices. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with 24/7 programs and homeless/formerly homeless populations strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction.
• Crisis intervention, risk assessment, and incident management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
